1. Finance & Accounting Manager

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: ₹60,000 / month (based on experience)

Requirements:

• M.Com / MBA with 10+ years of experience (NGO experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Tally and Excel
• Experience managing budgets, donor proposals, audits, and supervising a small finance team (3–4 accountants)

2. Child Development Executive

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 / month

Requirements:

• BSW / MSW with experience in community outreach
• Ability to work closely with migrant communities to set up and manage centres
• Support initiatives in education, health, and nutrition
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi
• Two-wheeler mandatory
• Male candidates only

3. Full-Time Preschool Teachers

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: ₹15,000 / month

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum qualification: PUC pass
• Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, or English
• Passion for working with children aged 3–6 years at our community centres

4. Part-Time Teacher – After-School Program

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹6,000 / month

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Any Degree / B.Ed
• Fluency in English and Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added bonus
• Ability to teach students from Grades 1–9 in English, Kannada, Hindi, Science, or Social Studies
