1. HR & Admin Manager

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: Based on qualification & experience. 

Requirements:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, employee relations, performance, compliance, payroll)
  • Lead HR initiatives and daily operations
  • Manage and guide a small HR/Admin team
  • 5+ years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and integrity.
 

2. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: Based on qualification & experience. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, Data Management, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in the NGO/development sector
  • Proven experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, donor compliance, and program evaluations
  • Lead and manage a team of 2 M&E Executives
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MIS systems, and data visualization/reporting tools, with strong analytical and communication skills
 

3. Full-Time Preschool Teachers

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: ₹15,000 / month

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum qualification: PUC pass
  • Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, or English
  • Passion for working with children aged 3–6 years at our community centres
 

4. HR Executive

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: Based on qualification & experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field with 1+ year of HR experience
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding & employee coordination
  • Knowledge of HR documentation, attendance & payroll support
  • Good communication, interpersonal & coordination skills
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labour laws & MS Office tools
 

5. Part-Time Teachers – After School Program

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹6,000 / month

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Any Degree / B.Ed
  • Fluency in English and Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added bonus
  • Ability to teach students from Grades 1–9 in English, Kannada, Hindi, Science, or Social Studies
