1. Finance & Accounting Manager

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: ₹60,000 / month (based on experience)

Requirements:

  • M.Com / MBA with 10+ years of experience (NGO experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Tally and Excel
  • Experience managing budgets, donor proposals, audits, and supervising a small finance team (3–4 accountants)

2. Cluster Coordinators

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: ₹60,000 / month

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
  • Experience in preschool leadership or multi-centre coordination roles
  • Team management and teacher mentoring experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

3. HR & Admin Manager

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: Based on qualification & experience. 

Requirements:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, employee relations, performance, compliance, payroll)
  • Lead HR initiatives and daily operations
  • Manage and guide a small HR/Admin team
  • 5+ years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and integrity.
 

4. Child Development Executives

Locations: Bangalore, Chennai (Onsite roles)

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 / month

Requirements:

  • BSW / MSW with experience in community outreach
  • Ability to work closely with migrant communities to set up and manage centres
  • Support initiatives in education, health, and nutrition
  • Fluency in Kannada and Hindi (for Bangalore) & fluency in Tamil and Telugu (for Chennai)
  • Two-wheeler mandatory
  • Male candidates only

 

5. Full-Time Preschool Teachers

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: ₹15,000 / month

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum qualification: PUC pass
  • Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, or English
  • Passion for working with children aged 3–6 years at our community centres
 

6. HR Executive

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Salary: Based on qualification & experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field with 2+ years of HR experience
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding & employee coordination
  • Knowledge of HR documentation, attendance & payroll support
  • Good communication, interpersonal & coordination skills
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labour laws & MS Office tools
 

7. Part-Time Teacher – After School Program

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹6,000 / month

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Any Degree / B.Ed
  • Fluency in English and Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added bonus
  • Ability to teach students from Grades 1–9 in English, Kannada, Hindi, Science, or Social Studies
 

8. Accounts & Admin Executive

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Salary: Based on qualification & experience

Requirements:

  • B.Com Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience
  • Expertise in invoices & billing management
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & Tally
  • Handle admin activities for a team of 16-20 members
