Employee Engagement

Archer and Bull

A team of volunteers from the Archer and Bull Bangalore and Gurgaon offices helped make over 20 sets of story puppets for the DiyaGhar children in June 2024. These puppets are used for education and entertainment and helps the little ones learn and remember through fun and play. The volunteers’ time and creativity brought the children big smiles, laughter and learning!

EY

A team from EY conducted 2 training sessions on spoken English for the teachers of Diya Ghar in March and April 2024. The sessions were well planned out and beautifully conducted. The teachers, by the end of the sessions, were implementing their learning in all the Diya Ghar centres!

First Source

Creativity Galore! In June 2024, a team of 18 volunteers from First Source volunteered their time and talent by creating beautiful story puppets for the Diya Ghar children. The volunteers not only found their hidden artistic talents coming forth but also felt great purpose, knowing that their work would bring joy and value to the children.

Oracle

Get. Set. Go! In August, 2024, 16 volunteers from Oracle organized and conducted Sports Day for the children at the Diya Ghar Begur Centre. The Oracle team had planned many sports activities, including bowling, ball-in-the-bucket, lemon and spoon race, hula hoop games, passing the balloon and the highly anticipated musical chairs. The playground was filled with the sound of laughter and cheers as the children enthusiastically participated in the games. enthusiastically.
